Radar states that on Sept. 29, United States Bankruptcy 

Court judge Donald H. Steckroth denied the couple's request

 to erase exactly $13,480,263.11 in debt with a short and to-

the-point, "The case of the above named debtor(s) is closed."

The surprise ruling means that Joe and Teresa Giudice are 

going to be in debt for a long time. It's likely that one or both 

of the "RHONJ" stars will be heading to jail soon and the debt 

will be waiting for them when their sentences are over.
