A dealer traded the naira at a one-off rate of 194.10 to the dollar before the unit settled at 191.35 naira at 1118 GMT, #Naira closed on Friday at a record low of 190.60.
Seems like even black market dealers are selling close to 200 Naira to 1 dollar.


This has made live almost unbearable for the locas especially as so much money is wasted in the midst of a super expensive election Season.
