Madison Alabama: #Indian Grand dad slammed down by rough Police and Paralyzed simply because He Was guilty of Walking While Indian!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

An Indian man slammed down after caller called 911 to report that a supposedly 'black guy' was walking around and peering at Garages. 

The Police arrived in patrol cars within minutes and found Patel walking in his son's 

neighborhood in Madison, a Huntsville suburb  of about 46,000 people near high-tech 

businesses and asked him what he was doing. 

There was a language problem.  He said "No English" and kept saying Indian. 

One of the Officers even remarked and said that T"This guy can not speak one speck of English" and still, I am not sure why he was body slammed to the concrete. Based on the Police Cam" Two officers walked to him and said 

"What's going on, sir?" asks one of the officers. "You're what? India?"

Mr Patel who was visiting from India (was staying at his son's house watching his grandson who is handicapped), tried to 

walk away and the officer then warns him saying " "Do not jerk away from me again."  Mr Patel was then body slammed on the concrete breaking his neck, paralyzing him. 

He later required a spinal fusion and it is hopeful that he may yet recover fully, but right now is partially paralyzed all because of Police Violence on Minorities. 

Officer Eric Parker who knocked him out Bruce lee Style has been arrested and is being fired. He has not commented publicly, and court records were not available Friday to show whether he has a lawyer.

The Indian government is taking the incident seriously and is "extremely disturbed" by the treatment of Patel, a spokesman said Friday."This is a matter of concern for us, and India and the U.S. as open pluralist societies need to address these issues and find ways in a mature manner so that these are aberrations and are not the norm," said Syed Akbaruddin, India's foreign ministry spokesman.

So my question is?  is this officer's arrest and charge of assault on a poor Indian Visitor to the United States come quickly because We As Americans wanted to avoid an International Incident? 

I though it would be one of those cases of  "Another poor Black guy Shot because he was thug!!!!!!!!
