 Here in the USA, such procedures are not legal and so anyone who wants them must go to Africa, Middle East to name a few where it can be done. 

 As an Eye Care Physician, I must over emphasize how wrong this is on all levels, she runs the risk of Eye Infections, 

 It confuses people and fans who love her and may want to do the same and it is absolutely not safe!!!

 That is why USA outlaws it.

During a radio interview, she said, "Now the second time  around, I am going to be doing it differently, by that she  meant dressing and what actually fits her.  #EbolaVirus Sounds like over 80 people had contact with the first person to be diagnosed with the deadly Ebola virus in the United States, a significant jump from the 18 cited earlier, NBC News reported on Thursday. Despite the man in question telling them he had been to Liberia, ( Red Flag ), he was not isolated but sent him with antibiotics.  Now, here is the issue.  it does not mean that we have to go around Isolating and arresting everyone from West Africa  especially Liberia because that would be selective discrimination.  only People who have had contact with an infected person as in Close contact and recently came from an endemic area, after all,  For years, this virus had been out there.  So what's the panic? Is this a conspiracy like most people are alleging for a chance for pharmaceutical companies to test illegal drugs on clueless Africans?  Seems so funny,...
