#Ebola Hero Honored During a Memorial Service in #Nigeria.
Dr. Stella Ameyo Adadevoh, a doctor at First Consultant Hospital, was one of the first line of doctors who oversaw treatment of Patrick Sawyer, Nigeria's Ebola patient zero, when he arrived sick in Lagos, Nigeria's former capital and Africa's largest city, on a flight from Liberia in July.
The Liberian Patient A Diplomat Mr Sawyer Lied about his condition, lied about having Ebola Symptoms, and wanted to leave the Hospital For Another Populous City Despite Collapsing after a flight in #Lagos Airport From Liberia.
He was stopped by Dr. #Adadevoh who with her team of Doctors, had in Forcibly Quarantined on suspicion of the Dreaded #Ebola Virus after all test including Malaria failed to yield any results.
Reports claim that she was threatened by the Liberian Ambassador to free Mr Sawyer but she refused because she knew that releasing him meant infecting and putting at risk, millions of People who would then become infected by the #EbolaVIrus.
In anger, the despicable Mr Sawyer,, yanked his IV Fluids off, spattering blood (INFECTED #EBOLA BLOOD) everywhere and there by infecting at least 7 of the nurses and doctors who cared for him. he would then go on to die 5 days later and become Nigeria's Index case imported from Liberia.
Nigeria Credits Dr Adadevoh and her team for saving the Country from untold pain and catastrophe in stopping the dreaded virus.
Unfortunately, she did not survive from the Disease and would go on to die from it including Nurse Justina Ejelonu, a new nurse who was on her first day of work and newly married and pregnant.
All because of a wicked man called Patrick Sawyer from Liberia who purportedly wanted to go the Portharcourt the Garden City in search of a cure from the Pastor of a huge Evangelical Church, not minding that he could have infected over 1 million People.
Not sure why the Government of Liberia has not been sued.
