A Nigerian Parent has sued the School District after his daughter was banned from coming to school for #21 days due to Fears of #EBOLA after the poor girl went on a trip to #Nigeria. 

The case is Ikeoluwa Opayemi v. Milford Public Schools and City of Milford, U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut, No. 3:14-cv-01597.

 Bear in mind, 
She traveled for vacation, had no contact with any patient with #Ebola, 
There is no case of #EBOLA in Nigeria, and #Nigeria is not on a list of #Countries with #EBOLA Travel ban. 

The mass hysteria and Psychotic Attitude on the part of such Ignorant People especially People who are in a School District who should be more Educated. 

 She was banned from School because people expressed #Fears, #Discomfort and #Panic because she went to a West African Country.

 We seem as a country to be slowly delving into Selective Discrimination.  Just like #Racism and #Slavery.

 #EbolaVirus Sounds like over 80 people had contact with the first person to be diagnosed with the deadly Ebola virus in the United States, a significant jump from the 18 cited earlier, NBC News reported on Thursday. Despite the man in question telling them he had been to Liberia, ( Red Flag ), he was not isolated but sent him with antibiotics.  Now, here is the issue.  it does not mean that we have to go around Isolating and arresting everyone from West Africa  especially Liberia because that would be selective discrimination.  only People who have had contact with an infected person as in Close contact and recently came from an endemic area, after all,  For years, this virus had been out there.  So what's the panic? Is this a conspiracy like most people are alleging for a chance for pharmaceutical companies to test illegal drugs on clueless Africans?  Seems so funny,...
